NWH Group's systems were mainly paper-based up to the point of invoicing. Their rapid growth brought about an accumulation of paperwork in transport and account departments that was inhibiting further growth. NWH needed an IT system that could be deployed quickly and also enhance their current business processes to support future expansion of the business.
